The "COMPANY" refers to So Retro.
The "BUYER" refers to the purchaser of goods and services.
The company only accepts orders subject to the conditions of sale to the exclusion of any condition of the buyer.
Payment, Prices & VAT
Not withstanding delivery, the risk of the goods and the property in the goods shall not pass to the buyer until the goods are paid for in full prior to dispatch.
Prices of goods and services supplied as of this date are correct but subject to market fluctuation and revision. Any overseas orders shall be charged to the buyer at current exchange rates. The company has no control or liability over these rates.
All prices are inclusive of UK or Irish VAT (as applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information on to the system. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charge were applicable.
Liability
The company's liability to the buyer shall at no time exceed the price of the goods supplied. The company shall be under no liability for any direct loss and/or expense or any indirect loss and /or expense suffered by the buyer or liability to third parties incurred by the buyer. The company shall be under no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage whether direct or indirect resulting from the supply of goods. The company shall be under no liability whatsoever for the quality and purpose of goods supplied to the buyer or to a third party.
Privacy
The policy at so retro is to respect the privacy rights of all our customers. We never sell, rent, share or disclose personal information with any third party.
Credit card payments are processed through paypal, through their highly secure server. No credit card information is held by So Retro. If you have any questions regarding privacy, please feel free to contact us.
Delivery
If your delivery address is different to your billing address, please contact us and let us know.
Standard flat rate postage is £5.00 per order
Your order will be shipped with in 3 working days.
International Delivery Charges
Europe: Shipping cost is £4.00 for one item, then £1.00 each item thereafter PLEASE EMAIL US FOR QUOTES ON POSTAGE OUTSIDE UK & EUROPE
Returns
We accept returns, and will issue a refund. Please email us to let us know you are returning the item.
Please write on your invoice which item(s) are enclosed, the reason for return and what you require in exchange for the item. When exchanging for different items, please ensure you indicate which item and the size/colour/fit, etc.
You may return your order back to us up to 7 working days from receipt of your goods.
We are unable to refund on any items posted to us later than 7 working days from when they were received.
Please note the following points
1 : We strongly recommend that you use recorded mail or international registered delivery to return your items. It is your responsibility to ensure your return items reach us safely. We are unable to replace, exchange or refund items which are lost in the post on their way back to us.
2 : Postage costs are non - refundable, however we never knowingly misrepresent any item, if it has been described inaccurately by us in error, postage costs will be reimbursed.
3 : The item must be returned to us in the same condition it was sent to you. Your card will then be refunded within 7 days from when the goods are received and you will receive a confirmation email from paypal.
4 : Items must be returned in a new and saleable condition. All items must be unworn, with all tags and accessories attached. Footwear must be in the original unmarked and undamaged box. We will not accept returns (for exchange or refund) which:
- Have been worn.
- Have had their tags removed (where applicable).
- We will NOT accept items which smell strongly of odours such as smoke, perfume, aftershave or food. Please ensure items are kept in a clean and dry place while they are in your possession and will not become tainted by smoke, etc. Also, please take care when trying on garments, so that perfume, etc does not rub off on to the clothes. Items returned to us which smell strongly will not be accepted as in a saleable condition, and will be returned to you.
